Title: MSW Envoy tug mast lights
Post by: justboatonic on July 25, 2008, 09:57:15 pm
Now that Drumbeat is on the water, next project is the MSW civvie Envoy tug.

Im keen to have working lights fitted to the fore mast although the kit only has white metal fittings for these (nothing wrong with them btw!). There appears to be 6 or 7 lights one above the other near the top of the foremast.

When steaming, would all these lights be lit at the same time or would some be lit and others not? Does anyone know what colours these lights would have been when lit, ie white or some another colour?

Finally, why is are there so many on the bliddy mast? Is there a failsafe reason?

Check out this link to MMM. They really know their stuff and can supply the light fittings and leds or bulbs.
