Hi i'm thinking of building a tug workboat similar to the Tyne models MCS Marlene but as i have limited budget the kit is a no go for me are there any plans for similar boats around?
-
Don't know about Marlene, but have a look here - three pages of plans.

Cheers Rick i've looked at them before but they don't carry plans for more modern type tug/workboats.

Perhaps use the 1605 hull and build up a 1606, or 1907 pilot house and deck configuration
This might be a bit big.

Cant seem to locate a decent pdf for the 1907 stan or shoalbuster.
Shoalbuster most resembles the Tyne model.
Hold up,...
Here ya go. 2208 shoalbuster
