40 years ago I/we were getting married, then after the reception off to Blackpool to see Englebert Humperdink, how times have changed.
Anyway same wife, ;D same house ;D....is that a record?
-
No, a record is a round thing with a hole in the middle. {-)
-
After 40 years, is it a case of
PLEASE RELEASE ME LET ME GO... ?
{-) {-) {-)
-
At times it feels like" the Last Waltz" :(
-
On the contrary, 40 years of happy marriage.... marriage is much to be admired... 80 years really, 40 years each! :)
-
A credit to you both, you've stuck with each other through thick and thin and had fourty years of shared memories together.
I wish there were more people like you around, I'm sure the world would be a better place for it!

Married in Feb. 1966, same house, still chugging along. Can't move house because I have collected too much "stuff" (of the workshop variety).
-
33 years celebrated last week (+ 10 the first time around!).
However, the amazing one in our family is my father-in-law and mother-in-law 67 years!
Roger in France.

40 years ago.......I'd just bought a thundering great BSA Rocket Gold Star (genuine one, not replica) 650cc....boy did I have fun that glorious summer??!! {-) :D
In fact, best funI've ever had with my trowsers still on! ::) :o

Well, as a noted philosopher once said:
"Marry by all means. If you get a good wife you will be very happy. If you get a bad one you will become a philosopher and that is good for every man" {-)
Cheers

Rich - the clue to what you're doing wrong is in "take her down number one" -
some things you have to do on your own :o
Or am I just old fashioned ::)
Danny
