Over the past twelve months I've read two or three posts about submarine conversions to make the Robbe Seawolf into a static diver. I'm currently trying to find a reasonable sized static diver but the info I keep downloading sort of puts me off - for instance one of the static divers does all I want from a sub BUT to change the crystal or the battery seems to involve a major strip down - others seem to have similar problems for me (not being too technically minded) the majority of them are also far too big.......So, is it possible for anyone to give me an Idiot's Guide to converting my Seawolf to a static diver? - I really wouild need a blow by blow account, but I do like the sub and if I could successfully convert it I'd be more than pleased.
Cheers All,

Piranha modellbau in Germany supply a kit which allows easy conversion of the Seawolf to a static diver.
The equipment tray is replaced by a metal version which is laser cut. The ballast tank is a large syringe, and is filled and emtied using a peristalitic pump.

Hi Subculture - Many thanks for the links - I'll check them out and see what I can come up with.
