Title: Tugboat racing in Seattle
Post by: swordfish fairey on September 01, 2008, 09:04:19 pm
I found an article in a Shell house magazine in the doctors yesterday about tug racing in seattle. It seems as if it is an annual event, and a lot of fun it looks too.......... 8)...............Smudge

That looks like a lot of fun indeed. Wouldn't mind having a go at that for sure.

They are all certainly 'hanging on'.  All those people under tension, what fun.

The Pacific Northwest RC Shipmodelers put up a temporary pond, and display models on the water front
during the Seatlle Tugboat races.

I have yet to attend this event, but it does look like a great event.
Especially if you get to run your models downtown on the waterfront.
