Andy a mate of mine in aus has built that rockett hydro in a scaled down version for a zenoah and it runs beutifully at about 50 mph.If your interested let me know ill dig out some pics and a video or two.

It's not really my kind of thing Mart, I just thought it could be of interest to some on here, cheers anyway though
