Hi mates, at the moment I am hunting high and low for a planset of the Russian Kashin-class. Unfortunately not with very much success. May somebody point me where to find it?
Thankyou in advance,
Jörg

Had been through the internet again- but still no plans.. :( Hope that one of the buddies here may help out...

Jorg,
As I have a bit of free time over next couple of days, I will have a longer look on web. Fascinating some of the stuff that crops up so will not be a problem for me. Quite the opposite ok1

Hi Jorg,
There is a Rumanian site www.modelism.ro that lists drawings for the Kashin for 20 euros.
I've used them in the past and they are reliable BUT it would perhaps be worthwhile checking how accurate the drawings are. The ones I got were certainly not but since mine were for Ambrakia (1882) I didn't expect too much.
They do have a forum as well so you could ask on that.
Good Luck
Tony

Tony, that`s what I call: Hit and run.... O0
Will send them an order anyway- you can`t be too wrong with 20 Euros....
Ron, also if you`ll find something- please let me know. Every information is welcome.
Thanx for your efforts!
Jörg

Jorg,
I do not really know what a Kashin-class is but hope these may help. (Or rather, I did not know but am now getting a fairly good idea of them) O0
Last one is of something that might be of interest.

All the best,

Hi Ron, interesting to see that the behaviour at sea was not much different to the rest. Had done my military service due the cold war in 1984 and can recon how it may look like. But at sea, there are no bushes or trees to hide behind, no camouflage, nuffink....
Anyway, interesting pages- thankyou for it.
Happy modeling,
Jörg
