Title: lubricators 1 or 2?
Post by: surteanders on October 09, 2008, 10:43:38 am
Hello!

I'm planning to mount 2 TVR1A (Graham industries)in  In Caldercrafts Imara.
Do I need to have 2 lubricators, or is 1 enough?

I would use two, because I believe it is highly likely that the steam flow won't be perfectly equal to both engines (this can be caused by small differences in the pipework) and you risk running one engine without enough oil. I have never used a two-engine setup though, so don't take this for a fact.
