Title: What brushless motor setup do you have?(Your replies go onto a convenient chart)
Post by: Weeds on October 27, 2008, 05:03:30 am
Hi Martin,

Please, you HAVE to check this out. It works so well, you'd think it was specifically made for this forum!

Type in the data here: http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?key=p9c1CESjtjA7ZkLJHEz5XDQ

View all entries here: http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=p9c1CESjtjA7ZkLJHEz5XDQ
(it takes 5 minutes for your entries to be put online)

Any suggestions? How would you like the questions on the form to be changed? Are the instructions confusing, if so, how? Is typing into the form easier or harder than just posting a reply? Is the chart easier to read than going through pages of posts?

By the way, the last member to post in the form will get $5 via paypal!

Looks good. The only thing I would say it needs is the prop diameter/no of blades to give a better picture of each setup.  8)

(Admin, I am using /code brackets for a reason.. it makes it easier to read if you scroll to the right, otherwise the alignment is not right)

I just posted info for my MountFleet CRUISER. I have it currently running with a PROTEUS Steam engine.
Due to another commitment for the engine I wanted something in Electric Brushless.
I have only bench run the setup, but it seems to be in the ballpark. The forward/reverse looks like it's going to take some practice to perfect,
