Title: Electronize
Post by: ianb on October 27, 2008, 07:49:59 am
I sent two e-mails to Electronize, one at the beginning of October and one about 10 days ago.

I want to order a couple of speed controllers, I'm very pleased with the ones that I have bought in the past from this company.

No reply as of today to either e-mail. Are they on holiday this month? It has crossed my mind that maybe my e-mails were viewed as spam because of originating in the Orient, and were automatically discarded by the software.

Any suggestions other than snail mail and wait?

Ian

they are usually very good.
send me your email address by email plus what you want to order, I'll phone them up and give your email address to them, and then let them email you direct, if that's ok.

Once again, Mayhem and Mayhemmers to the rescue!

Thanks to your phone call Neil, I received an e-mail from Electronize this AM (my time).

I'll complete the order details today, and then all I have to do is wait for delivery.

Many thanks from Ian in Japan.
