Title: Russian tug ?

I have managed to down load a set of plans for a Russian tugboat, but I havn't a clue as to what it is or name etc. The site seems to think it may be a river tug, check it out on freeshipplans.blogspot.com/2008/06/russian-tugboat-plans     Anyone any idea's ??   I have enlarged the plans on my scanner using some of the dimensions on the plan, and she makes up into a nice size, about 3 feet long.........cheers :-))..........Smudge

Looks good don't it. I have also down loaded this one.
Don't know what it is called, but I have a freind that can read russian, I'll try and ask him.
All I know is that the tug is more than likley a river or canal tug. Flat bottom and hidden prop....
