I also never served but am old enough to remember the times after the war and to this day Give my thanks to those who fought
for my Freedom. and tomorrow will have tears in my eyes and although when at work i work alone I will stand head bowed for two
minutes.  and like many others  we shall not forget them.

I was not old enough to serve, but if you want to have a future, you must remember the past...

LEST WE FORGET

I have just been the tour guide for a party of veterans from Sheffield for them to take part in the remeberance day parade. I must thank the police and the Welsh guards regiment for their treatment and help in Wellington Barracks. It filled me with pride to see the respect that the crowds shown our troops old and young. It brought a tear to the eye even though I have not served.
