Title: which motor to use???

After a moment of e bay weakness I clicked and won an old Metcalf Mouldings  ss Kyle Rhea fibreglass hull.
 At 51" long and about 8" wide its a fair size of hull and is similar to Mount fleet's Ben Ain.   Never having done anything of this size I would like to know what motor to fit.   Prop size looks like 3" acording to the plan.
