Title: New brushless esc's
Post by: debssnal on January 24, 2009, 01:02:17 pm
Hi everyone,
I have now tested the new brushless esc,s for boat.
They come in 60 amp ,90 amp and 180 amp.
They can take up to 22.2 volts.
Also the burst current on all models are 2x running current.  eg: 60 amp has a burst current of 120 amp.
This compared with old esc,s only having a + 10 amp burst.
So now with this model of esc you don't need to go for higher amp model to get over high burst current you get when you pull away on max power.
They are not hard to set up.
once you have set they keep there settings.
