I use an ancient version of paint Shop Pro - in PSP there is an option the scale to print to fit paper size......

It could be the printer driver. Check when you get the Print screen up that it has not applied a scaling factor. Other wise don't know - I'm not clever enough to be able to understand Photoshop Elements, never mind the full program :D

At the risk of rewording Martin's post I suggest you check all your print parameters and ensure you're printing at 100% (assuming the file you are printing is at 42"   ). I don't use PSP but you may find there is a tile option, or some such, to print your drawing over several pieces of paper. If all else fails RTM  :o

Best of luck

That almost sounds like you've a 72dpi image and you're printing it at 96dpi. That would turn 42" into just under 32".

That sounds familiar 'DD'...I had this problem before, but obviously cant remember how I solved it.

In the end I cheated by increasing the scale on print menu to 132% to give me the required 42"

And for those of an 'inquisitive' nature....its a tank!
A 1/6th scale Tiger tank to be exact, scratch built of course, no way I can affor the gorgeous ArmorTek offerings, I planned to build this in the garden over the summer, what summer I hear you mock.....exactly...what summer?

I'll do some pics as & when get something worth piccing, and of course there will be more on my own site too.
