scottish trawler it is not a copy of any trawler,just the way i painted and named.

your right Dan,went up to  my local model club pond sunday still had lot of ice floating about ,think i hit an ice berg as it was sailing ok,then suddenly.bow shot out water.took a lot  of going forward then reverse to get it of the ice.first time in water,going to rename her titanic.,cheers hugh. <:(

thanks Mark. still have to  get ballast right and i have the wheelhouse lights and other lights to fit yet. hugh

got figures from TURNERS MODELS  www.georgeturnermodels.com the scale of ones i have are 1.20,the boat is 1.18 so not far of ,turner sells a good few scales.cheers hugh

hi Dan ,i bought of e bay i thought it was a thunder tiger but guy i bought it of said it was not.i put elec,in it re painted it put new rudder and prop.lights.and changed some other bits here and there.the length 24in. width.8in.cheers hugh

Have to agree with Bill , i built the Billings model many years back and it just looks the same . Had great fun building her and it  was only second plank on frame model.  :-))

Billing Bolougne dimensions are 23.4" long with beam of 8". Pretty close to yours. Nice looking boat either way. Cheers.

At the end of the day it doesn't really matter what kit it is . She looks looks really well . A build to be proud off .  :-))
