John Haynes has fittings for her, can't remember the scale but a visit to his site will be rewarding.

During a visit to the German technical museum at Sinsheim I came across a couple of books devoted to the Nazi mercantile raiders with photos and diagrams.
Unfortunately I cannot help you with details but I expect that, if you were to contact the museum bookshop, they would be able to help.
Don't worry if your German is rusty, they speak pretty good English.
I'm nearing completion of an rc model of a British Armed Merchant Cruiser, HMS Chitral based on a plan drawn up by a Polish chum.

Scale of Atlantis plans are 1/200. These are the only accurate plans available , drawn by me over an 18 month period of research mainly in Germany and America . Fittings are at 1/100 . The davits are JRH 289. My shop is now closed for a short period to sort a lot of things out , including introducing more new parts, John R Haynes

Here's a 1:1250 model of her.. and some data:
http://www.german-navy.de/kriegsmarine/ships/auxcruiser/atlantis/image1.html (http://www.german-navy.de/kriegsmarine/ships/auxcruiser/atlantis/image1.html)
The other thing you can do is google for her, copy and paste this into google as it is:
'Atlantis' + 'HSK 2' + 'german raider'
... along with quote marks. In fact do it for google web and google images.. that should get you started.
