Not seen this mentioned on here before: http://www.poly-c.com/ Somebody mentioned it on the Model Boats site.
It is a polyurethane varnish with added adhesives which you use like a resin to reinforec grp or tissue with no mixing. water based with easy clean up. Sounds very useful to me. Similar to G4 pond sealer by the sound of it.
First time I've heard about it.
