I've just bought a Prestwich Models radio box for a submersible project, and it's too bl**dy big >>:-(
It measures 8.5" long x 6.5" wide, 2.5" deep at the deepest point and 2" deep at the shallowest point. It's white fibreglass with a clear lexan lid which sits flush in the box on a lip.
Anybody tell me if there's a smaller one available? Anybody got a smaller one which they'd swap for mine?
Cheers,
Rich

Aren't you using the cylinder?

Not any more Andy...half an hour with file and sandpaper and the box now fits perfectly. There's room enough in it for motor, batteries, servos, esc, and maybe even a pump and a small ballast tank. Maybe....
You know I don't like cylinders anyway, never have. I was brought up with radio boxes...
