Title: Best paint to use

Hi there. Just starting my first kit(smit rotterdam) and was just wondering what the best paints to use are. I am new to this game(only been at it 5 weeks) and am still very virginal  :-[ when it comes to making these floaty things. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Laser,

Be careful using that v word most of us cannot remember them,, Best paint to use would be a reputable undercoat, and then acrylic over the top in whatever colour and top it off with some clear, as brands are a bit different over there, I will leave those to someone closer to you....
