Check your receipt it might still be in guarantee or as said have a word with them and take a note of all the numbers on it or the packageing.

Usually, phone is the best method of contacting Mtroniks.

Had a similar problem once, the trader that sold it to me exchanged it straight away and later told me he had received a replacement from suppliers without a question.

not trying to be nasty or stir up a fight here but if they always replace with no questions asked could it mean they are a suspect ESC.

I have an old eco20 that has run and been sunk many times over the last 9 years...
Two Viper 15 and one Viper 25 that have never failed. And two Mirror 25 that are new, and
no problems... Just that single Viper25 that went in for the port motor that just packed it up
on it's second run... For me one out of seven in nine years isn't bad... Though it seemed to
speak of a bad batch of parts...

I have built three vessels all powered via mtroniks and retro fitted around six again all with the mtroniks ESC's
I like them
I did use other makes in other rebuilds or modifications and they were OK, but for cost and ease of fitting I like the mtronik

Just my personal pref's and with the amount I have used the odd one to fall over is no way to be looked on as though mtroniks are a "duff" piece of equipment

As I said this is MY opinion and I have no link to mtroniks in any way
