Title: Bismarck,deck colour,

Hi all,i have just bought a 1/128 model of the Bismarck,,mucho cheapness,whilst,her over all condition is good,and she comes with all rc gear,and she sails very well,the problem i have is the colour of her wooden deck,its garish,beyond belief,whoever stained the deck must have been either colour blind,or drunk,or both,can any one please advise me as to what colour the deck should be,as painting is the only option,i,ve enclosed a couple of pics,on viewing them,
please don,t fall off your seats, or choke,i,ve already been there {-)

Whoa and i know thats big,i think the plane is the least of your worries   (http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/hh272/modelman66/gfd.jpg)     (http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/hh272/modelman66/widgetpen035.jpg)    i did mine in teak its too dark but its livable and touched up with dark brown paint http://www.bismarck-class.dk/shipmodels/shipmodels_menu.html    failing that look at the bissy models on this site there are some excellent models on here.
