Hi all, I thought I would pass this on to any users of Thunderbird for email. I tried to get the latest updates but my PC kept failing on
write error mozmapi32.dll
Eventually I was not able to start up the email system, lost my emails (4 months) and had to go back to my previous Netscape system.
After spending some money the problem was solved. It seems that there is a clash if you are using a Logitech webcam.
I had to do a right click on the logitech icon and select exit.
Everything loaded up then without problem and I got my emails back. I believe this is quite common but my problem also needed to have a register sort out program run as well.
I opted for Regzooka at a cost but they resolved the problem for me.
Hope this might help anyone in a similar predicament.
