Of the 9 gsitek 1.5" propellers - or any other that is better - which is the most efficient at making thrust from a suitable motor in a "tug" rather than speedboat way?
I know it is a small point but if I am going to buy a prop I might as well get the best.
In a more general sense I have often looked at 2 blade v 3 v 4 blade & different "styles" & wondered about efficiency but I have never seen any discussion about it.
Unfortunately since I have never built a standard design, where there is a lot of collective experience, I have no real idea of the answer.

If its a Standard Springer, then it has to be a 3 blade 1.5" prop...
If its a Super Springer, then you can go bigger size wise and 4 blades, though make sure the motor and ESC can cope with the extra 'umpf' required.
A slow turning prop, like is found on a tug, is more efficient (ie 'pushing') with more blades than a racing type prop.
