Title: billings smit rotterdam

Hello
       I am a new member and i am currently building the billings smit rotterdam ,and I am trying to find out what the ideal rpm of the propellers should be so i can select the correct motor and gearbox. If anybody has any suggestions they would be appreciated I am thinking of using a 12volt system for power.
