Title: Name that song !

I have been after a number of songs & Videos, I have nearly got all of the ones I want but am stuck by 2 of them and open it out to all you music experts out there.

Song 1
The video is basically of a man walking on the road singing  about some sort of argument he has had with his Wife / girlfriend , as he is walking closer to her house a large group of people join in behind him , this goes on until he gets to the house , when he turns around all the people have vanished..

Song 2
A couple of people are talking on the corner of a road I assume in America , they are talking about a man who at the same time each day puts down a mat out side a particular shop and then does a bit of breakdancing .

Any more info on these songs, such as Genre, type, country of origin etc.

Song 1 I think was  british about 3-4 years ago.

Song 2 more of a dance track but video was in America on a street corner , again maybe over 5 years ago.

I've just googled for almost 2 hours without luck, look at the time of this post. I've got to find out now!

I've been trying to find it for the last 3 years...  I Will get it..

MTV used to play song 2 but I never got the name.
