Has anyone else been getting nuisance sales calls from numbers prefixed 0016? I've tracked the code down to American Samoa. Where next?
Pronounced Pango Pango, I seem to recall. Stopped there back in the 60s to refuel on the way from Hawaii to Auckland. DC8 or Convair 880, I think, certainly not a 707. Amazing now to think how marginal those things were on range.
