Watched "From Russia with love" with my boy the other night and now fancy building a Huntress..

Hull does look good, sure it will look great when done.

Thanks..
It was sent "a bit tongue in cheek" actually when I last had it on the pond, it got up unto the plane quite well.  Since then however my son is now a man, a university education for him has cost several thousand ponds, and I am 66.
It sat on top of a cupboard in my "work room, and fro the past 25 years has gathered a golden glow that only the residue of "Golden Virginia" can give.   The glazing turned an awful shade of amber.   Hate to think about my lungs
Then I used to run it on battery packs scrounged from emergency lighting units.   The Hectoperm was the "last thing" in motors, I have its original packing, £50.35 from Fratton Bargain Store in Portsmouth.
I shall post some pics as it develops.
