any chance of trying out your chinese translation. looking to find out what 'xiamen tiyu caipiao guanli' means. a friend got an email from them . (we assume it is some sort of company.)  thanks in advance.     craig

oops. should read ......... xiamen tiyu caipiao guanli zhongxin.

It is the name of the City of Xiamen State Administration Lottery.

So it is probably a scam of some sort. Unless he has bought a lottery ticket in Xiamen
