Where are the Port and Starboard lights on this lifeboat, and does it carry search lights

The nav lights are on the mast, you can hardly see them i must admit...

They're both clear... if you turn up the lights a bit...   ;)

My question, would be,... Is the mast hydralically or manually set into position?  :((
