Hi All
I am about to start making a Hovercraft out of correx but i am not sure what to stick it with i have look around and got reports on flashing the Correx and sticking wiht contact adhisve or saning the edgs and gluing or using a hot gue gun but i an not sure anyone ever used this stuff

have used hot glue but it is a temporary fixing. try looking up on rc aircraft sites as this stuff was used 20 years ago when I done aero! it was a cheap source material (free nicked from estate agents signs|)

I make my boat boxes out of it and use pop rivets - here is a site which sells plastic inserts for joining corriflex fluted plastic:
