Title: Help Needed - Painting a High Speed Hydroplane
Post by: Curly4eva on January 24, 2010, 09:58:34 pm
Good day all,

I know there's a lot of questions regarding painting help but.....  :-)

I am planning my first paint job and I'm looking for some some paint selection advise.

Is there any particular type of paint I should select for painting a hydroplane? I plan to airbrush the paint on and looking for a nice gloss finish.

The FSRV (multiboats) seem to use epoxy paints (see http://www.modelboatracing.co.uk/ (http://www.modelboatracing.co.uk/)) as the paint of choice.
