Hi! From Canada. French Acadien Canadian from northern New Brunswick.Been modelist from a long date.Retired carpenter,playing around the shop designing furniture&building them for myself.Built a carving table used 22 different essence of wood,took aprox.over a 1000 hours work did'nt count. Never built a model this size(1/200) and time consuming like the Bismarck Hachette job.Please to have met so many fellow hobbyiest all in one spot.Thums up to Martin for his forum.Hoping to share picture and more chit-chat.

Welcome to the site, you will find that over the next few years just how much fun you will have out on the lake and in the workshop, also if you get into a hole then some one on this site will be able to help you out.

May you have good weather when you sail and may you all ways have dry feet. :-))
