Last year I attended the Silverstone Classic for the first time, what a great weekend, I am doing it again this year but would ask if anyone else has done this event and camped over?
There are a number of sites, which do you use?
I stayed on Whittlebury golf club site last year but on Saturday evening they locked the gate we used in the morning to get to the circuit and we had a route march being told to go this direction then another, you can't go through this field because it's only for Harley Davison members, this route is for drivers only etc.
The site itself was good although on quite a slope, the facilities are passable, but what are the others like and are they in easy walking distance?
I only want a quite place to eat and sleep.
