Title: boat prop shafts

hi
I'm modifying my bait boat and need a little help please, at the mo my bait had 2x solid prop shaft which went through a rubber sealed bearing to act as the seal, I'm changing the shafts for JP prop shafts and was wondering how you get them seal. when my bait boat is sealed back up i wont be be able to get at the prop shafts to keep greasing them.

It involves some surgery on the tubes, but fitting accessible oiling pipes to the tubes is one option.
It is also strongly advisable to fix things so that the shafts can be withdrawn for servicing.  This involves ensuring that there is access to the motor coupling and the ability to withdraw the shaft outwards for cleaning/regreasing.  Otherwise you learn the true meaning of "sealed for life" which is "when it needs servicing, your only option is to buy a new one".
