I'm not fussed about which material is used, but the only proviso it that they must 11mm in length with a 2mm bore through their centres, and prefer that you keep the thickness of the wall as thin as you dare go.
If anyone can help, pse can you contact me in the first instance?

If thin wall is most important have you thought K&S Brass tubing PMK???

Gents, as you can see, a Mayhemer has come to rescue already with far more than I know what to do with.
