Title: PAYPAL rules update
Post by: portside II on April 14, 2010, 09:52:44 am
i have just recieved the latest update on paypal and their buyer protection system , there are a few points to look at especially the "what is covered" (section 13.3)
https://cms.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/?&cmd=_render-content&content_ID=ua/upcoming_policies_full
This could be a good thing for all parties , but what interests me is the stopping of personal transactions to indian registered accounts (section 1.b) i wonder why ?
Have a look at the bottom of the page and the section (Disclosure to Third Parties other than PayPal Customers)  WOW  :o scary :o .

Ebid does have fees though not as high as ebay. Neither have fees for buyers. And you can pay via paypal on ebid too, though it is not compulsary to accept Paypal payments.

The main problem with ebid is that there is very little on it!
