can anyone help to find plans for landing craft 1/16 scale so i can put my tanks to use?

It is most likely, that you will find the plans you need in 1/96-1/32 scale.
Buy the plans you want, and then scale them up mathematically, or
go to a local print shop and have them enlarged by 200%-400%.
