Looks like a twin screw Liverpool Lifeboat 1/12 scale

It's a vac formed hull made a few years ago for a 1/12th scale Oakley Class lifeboat. I have had one under the bench for years as I tend to scratch build my lifeboat hulls (in the case of the Oakley it's double diagonal planking.).

Sorry Mike, I have to agree with Dave - it's a Liverpool.
The GF Oakley hull you can get (I think it was from Scale Hobbies, but their website seems to be a bit fritzed), had all the sacrificial planking and the belting moulded on.
The Liverpool is just the basic hull. I got one from the Model Boats stand at the Model Engineering Exhibition donkeys years ago - it came with a cuddy moulding then as well.
I think it's this one ... http://www.myhobbystore.co.uk/product/22957/liverpool-lifeboat-hull-hulmm1448 (http://www.myhobbystore.co.uk/product/22957/liverpool-lifeboat-hull-hulmm1448)
You can get a (basic) plan for it as well.
Cheers

Just checked the hull I have Lance and you're correct, this one is a Liverpool. It's an age thing.
My hull is for an Oakley, it is a vac form, not grp, with just the main sliding keels moulded on and of course is 37" x 11.5" O0. It came with copies of the builders drawings for ON 985.
