This is my 1/72 scale corvette HMS Bryony as of 1943, I built this for the crew that I found for all the imformation they had given me when writting my book,

she has metal rails and stantions, white metal orlicons, hull and deck modifercations , plus 3 extra orlicons , life rafts repositioned, and LL real fitted.

The model is 15 years old now, have not got a hernia yet, the superstructure comes off, the boat goes in to the water, main batteries are put in, then ballasted out with lead, superstructure goes back on and off she sails, all 76-80 lbs. O0

The idea is to get as low as you can, almost dipping the camera into the water. it makes for a more realistic photo

you also need to be as wide as possible with your lens, this one was 18mm ,the tug was a little over  20 inches long
