Title: Twin brushless on 4 channel controller
Post by: jeylo on June 10, 2010, 06:32:27 pm
Hi all, Wonder if anyone can advise me, i have a futaba 4 channell receiver and am awaiting the arrival of 2 small brushless motors and 2 esc to suit. What I plan is to use the throttle to control 1 esc and the ailerons to control the other, with a separate battery on each unit so I get 2 props with seperate control to each prop, ie, no rudder but motor control, as allready installed in my nqd cheapo.Should work (I think) but would welcome some advice from you clever guys,
Thanks for reading

Managed to install two small brushless motors running on independant speed controllers controlled by the same receiver so throttle does one motor and aileron control the other. Does work although tricky to control, bit like tank steering. Goes a trifle faster using a 7.2 volt 2300mah nimh.
