Title: Comtesse V Victoria

My short list for a first sailboat
The boating lake in Cleethorpes can get somewhat breezy
so anything smaller might be a problem
I dont want to spend too much and end up not liking sailing
but I don't want an RTR 'Toy'
I would value any opinions from the fount of knowledge that
is Mayhem

I love my Victoria. Easy and low maintenance. She is also small enough to transport easily.

The Comtesse is much better looking and I would also love to own one.

I think the Victoria may be the better starter boat.

I notice on one of your posts you recommend a different radio box fit to the stock one.
Is this the one from the OMSA site with the seperate rudder servo mounting?
I would rather do that mod at the build stage than as a retrofit
