Has anyone ever built a model using one of the hulls from Orion Mouldings?
They have a couple of interesting hulls for Naval cutters - one 19 inches, and one 25 inches long....

Hi,
I'm building an old-type pond yacht using their Orion Yacht hull. It comes with a plan which I haven't used but is pretty good. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures at the moment. The hull is well made; mine is finished in white and is good enough for me not to have to paint it. The only complaint I had was that the packaging was rather flimsy and a tiny piece of the moulding at the bow was chipped, but apart from that, I'm very happy with it. Hope that helps.

Hy
I have made three puffers, a Wearsider tug, and a couple of fishing boats from Orion Mouldings, Anthony the guy that runs it is a genuine guy and very helpfull, his hulls are really good quality, and I believe that Mike Mayhew from Waverly Models does a lot of his designs,,,good enough for me.
