Title: Hello

Hi folks.
I have found this a brilliant and useful site,so full of information that I just had to join. I'm Paul and I have been a modeller for many years. I started way back with R/C boats in the 70's but have tried cars, boats and helicopters.
Currently I'm in the process of building a Mountfleet Models Danny Boy (a long term project originally purchased about twelve years ago but which has sat on the shelf for a while)
Thats the reason for joining.....so here's my request
I'm trying to get the waterline painted correctly but I only have a Model Boats article as my guide. Could somebode possibly provide a photo of their model showing the hull side on with the waterline visible as a reference?
Many thanks in advance

Paul

Hi Martin, thanks for the links, a good read but I'm really after a side view of what and where the waterline should be.
It would be nice to see what other builders have done and compare 'notes' so to speak
Cheers
Paul
