Was going through some of my old slides yesterday, and scanned a few I thought were interesting. hence the following:
1) I call this one "up against a wall". Its a 30' (or so) sailing yacht going through the flight locks on the Welland Canal here in Ontario.
2) This is the straight deck laker, Ralph Misner, coming out of the same lock.

This is the "Canadian Provider" (combined laker/salty) up bound in the Welland canal. The bridge its passing under is the one made famous on Youtube when it was lowered onto the aft accommodations on a similar vessel while it was passing underneath.
