HI ALL,
I AM BUILDING THE USS CHANDLER BASED ON A SIRMAR HULL, ITS BEEN GOOD GOING UPTO NOW, I AM 70%COMPLETE BUT I AM STRUGGLING ON MAKING THE MAST ARRAYS, DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY INFO ON BUILDING THESE MASTS?

I built a Perry class and made the mast from brass but it was heavy and no that easy to work with. I have just used evergreen plastic rod for the mast on my Uss Long Beach it's about 160mm tall. It is stronger than you think and it's weight is next to nothing.
