Title: BEC Unit Any Good ?

Just got one of these %) Not sure i can trust it running Lipo 6s {:-{ I have always used an r.x pak  in the past. Being i will be drawing over 100amps at full chat a bit unsure about it {:-{ Anybody use one in a fast Leccy ?

Not used them in Fast Electrics but it matters little. Switching BEC's like these are great and as long as your battery voltage stages above 5v (with 6s Lipo you'll be having other things to worry about if your battery voltage drops that low  O0). The current your motors are drawing are immaterial.

Tis true :o Scares the life out of me anyway {:-{ + fitting it will make the boat lighter %) Oh No yet more speed :((
