Even better than a razor saw is an Irwin pullsaw, 22tpi. Amazon (and lots of other people) sell them. Blades are replaceable.

A very fine and more teeth to the cutting blade the better.
Aim being not to tear the Balsa fibres. :-)) :-)) :-))

Haven't said whether you want to cut straight lines or curves? Everyone assssuming.

Never assume, as it makes, well you heard it before, sorted, used a stanley knife, for both straight and curverd lines worked fine, cheers for your responses

Band saw with fine cutting blade or if you want hand tools razor saw, for curves cut near to line and finish with sand paper etc.
Could also cut over size and finish on a desk sander.
If sanding wear a mask dust gets every where.

I agree with footski, proxxon table saw is excellent for strait cutting, and I belive the proxxon jig saw is good for intricate cutting.
