Real life copies art or something... skippers been watching Springers , thinks "we can do that" !    The Hamburg harbour birthday celebration pictures are awsome too, dancing tugs, great fireboat display with against the light shots, 11 monitors on one boat !  Washing the publics feet on dockside with wake/propwash by tugs, what control by boat crews. They could have swept a thousand people off that dock but all they got was wet feet, brilliant ..no helf `n saafty laws that day.  At least two warships, five tall ships and a awful lot of tugs. Must have been 250,000 spectators. Lucky few on the tugs, might have been families. Great site thanks for showing us the links.  Now, let me see.. cheap flights to Hamburg...what was that date again ? :}

Arrow5 have you pictures or a link to this event The Hamburg harbour birthday celebrations? Event's like this are few and far between in the UK. Holyhead has a sailing extravaganza, it's a good day out, but it has the potential to be a lot better.

Andy.  :-)
