Title: lights

i would like to put lights in my boat to shine out of the portholes  tried a 12 v car bulb but got a bit hot tried led but did not shine through porthole tried optric ok but need about 30 lights thanks

I've got a load of 12volt grain of wheat bulbs you can have - send me a first class stamp and I'll post them to you. I think you have my address.

another cheap source of grain of wheat bulbs & led s is poundland , most of them work on 3 volts ( 2 cells ) ive bought several sets over the summer as they are supplied as patio & parasol lights , they come as a string of up to twenty bulbs wired as a daisy chain !
